Wire Transfer Guide
Wire transfer is a remittance method where the remitter entrusts a certain amount of money to the remitting bank, which sends it via telegram, telex, or SWIFT network to the paying bank, instructing the paying bank to pay the specified amount to the beneficiary. Wire transfer deposits are safe, reliable, and globally accepted. The remitter must bear the wire transfer fees, and our company will credit the amount actually received. In addition, since wire transfer procedures take time, we must receive your wire transfer receipt and confirm with the bank that the funds have been credited before adding the amount to your trading account.
Step 1
Bring your personal ID to the bank counter and request an "Outward Remittance Application Form".
Step 2
Fill in the "Outward Remittance Application Form".
Step 3
After completing the wire transfer procedures, please keep the deposit receipt and send a completed Deposit Notification Form to acc@cloud-data.com.hk. Our finance department will confirm your deposit with the bank as soon as possible and add the received amount to your trading account.
Reminders:
- Our designated account currency is USD. Deposits in other currencies will be converted to USD at our weekly published market exchange rate. Please refer to the exchange rate notes.
